Article 1: Applicability and Binding Force
These terms constitute a complete, legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Evo Bridge. By accessing https://evobridge-ai.org https://evobridge-ai.org https://evobridge-ai.org or using our services, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms.
Article 2: Nature of Services (Execution-Only)
Evo Bridge provides an advanced technical infrastructure for data aggregation and AI-driven analytical indicators.
2.1. No Regulated Advice: We act solely as an independent technology provider. We do not provide regulated financial advice, investment brokerage, or asset management as defined by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
2.2. Autonomy: Any financial decision executed by the User is made entirely at the User's own discretion and risk.
Article 3: Statutory Risk Disclosure
The User expressly acknowledges:
Extreme Volatility: Financial markets and digital assets are subject to unpredictable price fluctuations.
Capital Loss: Trading involves an inherent risk of partial or total loss of invested capital.
No Guarantees: Historical datasets and algorithmic probabilities do not guarantee future profitability.
Article 4: Intellectual Property
The entire infrastructure, including AI models, source codes, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of Evo Bridge. Any form of reverse engineering or automated extraction (scraping) is strictly prohibited.
Article 5: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Evo Bridge is not liable for technical downtime, API latency, or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds, nor for force majeure events, including large-scale cyberattacks or national infrastructure failures.
Article 6: Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
